Session: Competitive Edge in the AI Era: Innovation Strategies That Deliver ROI at Speed

AI capabilities evolve monthly. Competitors move overnight. Your board wants results now. Traditional strategic planning cycles can't keep pace.

This session explores how organizations are navigating these pressures—what's separating smart bets from costly missteps. You'll leave with practical perspectives worth testing in your own context.

What You'll Gain:
- Strategic Prioritization Insights – Lessons learned on cutting through AI hype to identify initiatives that deliver genuine competitive advantage vs. expensive distractions
- Speed-to-Value Approaches – Practical considerations for build/buy/partner decisions and accelerating from POC to production
- Balanced Governance Perspectives – Ways to de-risk AI investments without creating bureaucracy that kills innovation velocity
- Organizational Readiness Factors – What we've seen work in building teams and cultures that absorb continuous disruption

Why This Matters Now:
These approaches draw from real implementations across Fortune 500 enterprises and startups competing against giants. While your competitors debate which AI model to bet on, you'll gain battle-tested principles for making sound investments regardless of what technology emerges next.

The session includes real-world case studies, candid discussion of what hasn't worked, and Q&A to address your specific organizational context.
